ADVICE FOR PATIENTS: Industrial action 6th & 7th February 2023

The Royal College of Nursing is scheduled to take industrial action on the 6th & 7th February 2023. The GMB Union is also taking industrial action on the 7th February 2023.

Unless advised otherwise, please continue to attend the hospital as normal. You do not need to contact the Trust. Anyone whose appointments or care may be impacted will be contacted directly by the hospital.

Hypertension and diabetes in pregnancy, Intrauterine growth restriction, fetal echocardiography.
Background:
Appointed as consultant in Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine at this trust in May 2012. Completed 3 years sub-speciality training in MFM prior to this appointment at Liverpool. Involved in setting up protocols to evaluate placental biomarkers in management of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and fetal growth clinic at the trust.

I am passionate in delivering one to one patient centred evidence based care of highest quality. I believe that patient always comes first and my role is to enable them to make an informed decision.
