- Shuba has worked in the role of Consultant Anaesthetist within Liverpool for 25 yeards, starting in Mill Road Maternity Hospital & Broadgreen Hospital back in 1988.
As part of my role as the Bloor Transfusion Lead, I have tried to make the management of major haemorrhage safer in as many ways as possible within our hospital. I have been primarily responsible for the introduction of Cell Salvage and Point of Care coagulation Testing in our Trust which have contributed greatly to the safety of patients in this situation
