Our pharmacy team support patient care by providing and maintaining the necessary supply of medication across all of the services provided by Liverpool Women’s. We also make sure medication is prescribed in the right dosage and at the right time for every individual patient and give any necessary advice, counselling or support.
Specialist advice
We support the clinical teams within the Trust by giving them advice on appropriate medicines and drug compatibility as well as highlighting the possible side effects. Each clinical service area has its own dedicated pharmacist who gives specialist advice to staff working in that specific area.
Where to find us and when we’re open
The pharmacy is on the ground floor of the Crown Street hospital site and is open between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
