On 5 July 2023, the NHS will turn 75 years old. This significant milestone is an opportunity to reflect on the past and look ahead to the future.
The NHS Assembly is now drawing together collective insights on the NHS today, taking stock of recent learnings and highlighting future opportunities and challenges.
We are inviting patients, carers, staff, and the wider health and care community to share their thoughts, which will be used to inform findings that will be shared with NHS England ahead of the 75th Birthday.
The NHS Assembly has published:
- an online feedback form for you to submit your contribution to the conversation
- a conversation guide
- a downloadable PDF of the conversation guide
- translated versions of the conversation guide (please scroll down to the ‘supporting documents’ section of the survey)
- a facilitators’ guide to capturing feedback from colleagues and networks
You can also find more information in this blog, written by Co-Chairs of the NHS Assembly, Professor Sir Chris Ham and Professor Dame Clare Gerada.
We are asking for feedback on the questions in the conversation guide by 23:59 on Friday 26 May.
