Our Board of Directors

Liverpool Women’s is led by an executive and non-executive team with a diverse range of healthcare and non healthcare related experience. They are committed to ensuring that the Trust delivers the highest possible standards of care.

The Trust’s constitution provides for a Board of Directors which is comprised of six executive directors and eight non-executive directors including the Chairman.

Since April 2005, non-executive directors have been appointed by the Council of Governors following a selection process undertaken on behalf of the Council by its Nominations Committee. The Council of Governors has adopted a standard term of office of three years for all non-executive appointments.
