As part of a planned telephony upgrade, our telephone lines will be disrupted on Friday 18th September 2020 from 1pm for approximately 1 - 3 hours.
This will affect the usual hospital contact numbers and during this period external callers are advised to contact switchboard via temporary mobile phone numbers.

When contacting our temporary switchboard number you will be asked which department you need to speak to and our Switchboard team will take your details and the relevant department will call you back.
These temporary numbers will only be used during this period of disruption and we politely ask that you only use them for emergency or urgent calls. Texts or other forms of messages will not be responded to due to patient confidentiality.
Please be aware that these numbers may be busy during this time and we apologise in advance for any delays you may encounter when contacting us.
We will make an announcement on our website and social media channels when our phone lines are back up and running as normal.
