It is with great pleasure that I am able to use this blog to formally launch our Hewitt Fertility Centre's brand new website.
The Hewitt Fertility Centre, our specialist assisted conception unit, has unveiled the new site as part of its re-launch. The website has been co-created with the help of GPs, specialists and patients themselves to make it the 'go-to' site for anyone with concerns or queries about their fertility journey.
The site has been designed with patients in mind, with brand new features in place to make the site as interactive as possible. Visitors to the site have the chance to get to know some of the key members of The Hewitt Fertility Centre's team in the 'Our People' section of the site, whilst some wonderful videos about the various treatment options on offer can be viewed in 'Our Innovations'.
Perhaps the most unique and exciting new feature of the site is the 'Patient Journey'. This feature allows the visitor to track every step they take on their fertility journey, from first consultation to the end of their treatment.
The unit has launched the website to reflect its level of investment and its ambition for the service to be accessible to as many couples as possible whilst offering the best chances of success. The Hewitt Fertility Centre has invested £5 million to upgrade and extend facilities, offering five star patient areas, state of the art laboratories, cutting edge technologies and private standard clinical treatment rooms.
I've had a look around the site and have to say that I absolutely love it, I'm sure that it will prove to be an invaluable resource for patients wanting to know more about the fantastic services that The Hewitt Fertility Centre can offer them.
