Are you involved with a local business? Do you have a reason to say thank you to the staff at Liverpool Women’s Hospital or The Hewitt Fertility Centre? Why not give something back by getting involved in our #StaffSanta campaign?
We know how hard each and every member of our staff works every time they put on their uniform and we know how much they are loved by people all over Liverpool and beyond. So this year, we’re giving everyone the chance to say thank you to the doctors, nurses and midwives that cared for them AND spread a bit of Christmas joy along the way!
How does #StaffSanta work?
Stage 1 of #StaffSanta is simple. We’re looking for people, local businesses and national companies to donate whatever they can to us that we’ll be able to give away as Christmas presents.
Stage 2 is simple, go to our brand new Facebook page and tell us which member of staff, or team, you'd like to see receive an extra Christmas present and why. Don't forget to hit the 'like' button to stay up to date with all things Liverpool Women's too!
Stage 3 will involve us choosing the most deserving members of staff from all of the nominations we receive and then going and surprising them in front of their patients and colleagues in the 12 days before Christmas. What a lovely way to spread some Christmas joy to our wards! The more donations we receive, the more staff we'll be able to surprise.
What can you do?
If #StaffSanta is going to work then we really need your help. So if you're in a position to be able to donate anything at all, whether it be a box of chocolates, vouchers, a free hair cut or anything at all, we want to hear from you! All donations will be gratefully accepted and, of course, we’ll be able to say thank you publicly via this web page and through our Twitter account.
So please, please, PLEASE get donating whatever you can and help your favourite member of Liverpool Women's staff have an extra special Christmas this year.
