Elections for Governors are taking place in the following constituencies:

- Public: Sefton
- Public: South Liverpool
- Public: The Rest of England and Wales
- Staff: Administrative, clerical, managers, ancillary and other support staff
- Staff: Scientists, technicians and allied health professionals
