Publication of Trade Union Facility Time

Under the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 which came into force from 1st April 2017, relevant public sector employers are required to collect and publish data on an annual basis in relation to paid facility time that is given to trade union representatives. The document below shows the data that has been reported for the Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust for the period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018.
