Our staff award process is about celebrating the achievements and the ways in which our staff improve services for women, babies and their families.
We have a range of awards to reflect so many achievements - whether it is developing your skills and knowledge to be the best you can be, making each patient experience truly special, developing new clinical advances, or leading a significant service change that benefits everyone.
Award nominations & submissions
Staff can be nominated by staff, patients or visitors, through our Employee of the Month scheme by demonstrating how staff support our values in action - our Values: We care and we learn - Care, Ambition, Respect, Engage and Learn.
Teams can also be nominated by staff, patients and visitors through or Team of the Month scheme.
All staff are invited to submit service innovations and improvements to our annual Dedicated to Excellence awards evening.
