Liverpool Women’s is led by a Board of Directors comprising of executive directors including the Chief Executive, non-executive directors and a non-executive Chair, each with a diverse range of healthcare and non healthcare related experience. The Board is committed to ensuring that the Trust delivers the highest possible standards of care.
Since April 2005, non-executive directors have been appointed by the Council of Governors following a selection process undertaken on behalf of the Council by its Nominations and Remuneration Committee. The Council of Governors has adopted a standard term of office of three years for all non-executive appointments.
